Victor is a local performer and teacher who was educated at the Escuela Superior de Musica in Mexico City. He sings and writes songs in Spanish that captivate children of all cultures. He plays a variety of guitars, including charango, cuatro, and mandolin. He is founder of Grupo Germinal, musicians that play traditional Latin American music.
